Invisible Class: Aborted Fetuses as Fuel

Dear Friends For Life:   We all have seen shocking news this past week. The Health Ministry in British Columbia admitted that the remains of babies destroyed by abortion ended up in a waste-to-power facility in the United States, providing electricity for residents of Oregon. x003That’s right. BC was sending their aborted and miscarried babies, along with the rest of their medical waste to a smelly dump factory where they were burned to generate electricity.

I am absolutely horrified that something like this could happen in the United States. We are all aware that aborted babies are used for cosmetics, including after shave lotions for men. But, to stoop so low as to use aborted fetuses as fuel to keep our houses warm is even more disgusting and shows a complete disrespect for human life in our so-called modern society. I can’t find the right words to express my frustration and anger. Recent revelations: Medical waste shipped from Canada to the waste-to-energy Covanta Marion plant in Brooks, Oregon includes fetal tissue, cancerous tissue and amputated limbs, it has emerged.

When abortion became legal in the United States, no one anticipated that it would give rise to a tremendous market in fetal parts, tissues and cells. The cosmetics corporations have recently entered the $30 billion “anti-aging market” industry. This includes anti-aging and wrinkle-removing creams derived from aborted fetal cells. The demand for fetal parts and organs for scientific and commercial purposes could not have happened without the legal and cultural protections that surround abortion.

Habitual participation in immoral acts inevitably leads to personal desensitization, self-deception and rationalization about what it means to be human”. … “When morality is excluded from a civil society, the weak and vulnerable are easily exploited for the benefit of the strong and powerful. This is the worst brand of injustice.” – Vicki Evans
